We stand behind our work. If something was missed, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.

Eligibility

No Monetary Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Instead, we make it right with a prompt re-clean. Credits may be provided at our discretion in limited cases.

Exclusions

Escalation Process

If you are unsatisfied after a re-clean, you may escalate the matter:

  1. Manager Review — Email support@hypercleantx.com with subject "Escalation Request" and include your booking details, photos, and description. A manager will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
  2. Service Credit — At management's discretion, a partial or full service credit may be issued toward a future booking.
  3. Dispute Resolution — If the matter remains unresolved, see the Dispute Resolution section in our Terms of Service.
