Reclean Guarantee & No-Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. If something was missed, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
Eligibility
- Report issues within 48 hours of service completion.
- Provide photos and a brief description to help us resolve quickly.
No Monetary Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we make it right with a prompt re-clean. Credits may be provided at our discretion in limited cases.
Exclusions
- Permanent stains, water damage, or material defects.
- Unsafe conditions that prevent completion (e.g., pest infestations, biohazards).
- Construction/renovation debris not booked as a post-construction add-on.
Escalation Process
If you are unsatisfied after a re-clean, you may escalate the matter:
- Manager Review — Email support@hypercleantx.com with subject "Escalation Request" and include your booking details, photos, and description. A manager will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
- Service Credit — At management's discretion, a partial or full service credit may be issued toward a future booking.
- Dispute Resolution — If the matter remains unresolved, see the Dispute Resolution section in our Terms of Service.
