Services

Hyper Clean Texas LLC ("Company," "we," "us") provides residential, move-in/out, and short-term rental cleaning in Houston and Dallas, Texas.

Satisfaction

"We'll Make It Right": If something was missed, contact us within 48 hours and we will return for a re-clean of the affected areas. Monetary refunds are not offered. See our Reclean Guarantee & No-Refund Policy for full details.

Photos & Quality

Before/after photos may be taken for quality assurance and dispute resolution. We avoid sensitive items and respect your privacy.

Liability

We are insured and bonded. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except where prohibited by law.

Compliance

We are not a property management company and are not affiliated with TREC. Partners are responsible for their own compliance.

Independent Contractors

Cleaning services are performed by independent contractors (1099) who are background-checked and insured. Contractors are not employees of Hyper Clean Texas LLC. We carefully vet all contractors through ClearChecks background checks and require contractors to maintain general liability insurance ($1,000,000 minimum). Contractors operate independently. Hyper Clean Texas LLC is not liable for contractor actions outside the scope of approved services or resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding our services, we encourage you to resolve it through the following process:

  1. Direct Resolution — Contact us at support@hypercleantx.com or call us. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 10 business days.
  2. Mediation — If informal resolution fails, either party may request mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Houston or Dallas, Texas. Each party bears their own mediation costs.
  3. Binding Arbitration — If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in Harris County (Houston) or Dallas County, Texas. The arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable in court.
  4. Small Claims Exception — Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration, provided the claim falls within the court's jurisdictional limits.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Venue is Harris County (Houston) or Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
