This information is used solely for vetting, compliance, and payment purposes. Background check information is kept confidential per Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requirements. Contractor data is retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. See our Independent Contractor Agreement for details.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Customer booking data is retained for 3 years. Contractor data is retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Choices below).

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Data Security & Breach Notification

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and the Texas Attorney General in accordance with the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act (Texas Business & Commerce Code, Chapter 521). Notification will be provided without unreasonable delay and no later than 60 days after discovery of the breach.
